2) Customized Design (With Flexible Scope)
You’ll receive a tailored design proposal based on your needs—ranging from space planning, selections, and drawings for clients managing their own construction, to a comprehensive design-build proposal that includes construction scope, timelines, and permitting. We review everything together to ensure clarity and alignment.
3) Design Execution or Full Design-Build
Clients may choose to move forward with design services only, using our plans and selections to execute independently, or continue into our full-service design-build process, where we manage construction, coordination, inspections, and final installation—ensuring a seamless path from concept to completion.
